Independence Alternative Energy is an early growth stage company seeking capital to further several Waste-to-Energy contracts in Ecuador and Mexico as well as to list on the Canadian TSX Venture Exchange.
We are in a unique position to capitalize on the development of carbon neutral energy production technology, heating, cooling and waste management solutions, and the development and sale of carbon offset credits.
As a technology integration company, we are not bound to any proprietary technology and are thus able to implement the most efficient and profitable technological solution for every project.
IAE can make waste-to-energy, solar, wind and geothermal power cost-effective for our customers and profitable for our investors through stable long term contracts.
Each of our projects offers revenue from multiple sources assuring that we are able to operate profitably. Long term contracts for essentials like energy, waste disposal and carbon reduction allow IAE to implement state-of-the-art technology at rates comparable with current power generation.
We operate much like a resource company in that we are actively seeking new high-potential, high-yield projects. Once a promising project is located and a preliminary agreement is reached, IAE carries out an economic feasibility study to assess both the appropriate type of technology as well as the projected rate of return using a range of different scenarios and technological options.
Upon completion of a feasibility study with favorable results, IAE would then seek to finance the cost of the plant through debt, equity and non traditional sources.
Please see the "projects" section for an overview of our current and potential business prospects.
Funding Our Growth
Becoming a public company will provide IAE with the mechanism to finance its portfolio of potential, high-yield alternative energy projects. We intend to list IAE on the TSX Venture Exchange based out of Vancouver, BC Canada. The Canadian financial markets have weathered the recent global economic crisis better than most, and Vancouver is quickly becoming a haven for sophisticated investors looking for profitable opportunities in green projects. The TSX Venture Exchange has developed a reputation for being an investor friendly, affordable alternative for small companies wishing to maintain a listing on a well-respected exchange without incurring the hefty reporting costs to comply with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act in the United States.
By listing on the TSX Venture Exchange, IAE would lay the foundation for a company committed to growth with an experienced management team. We have a pipeline of near-term, high-yield projects and access to venture capital on an exchange that is unparalleled for providing small to medium-sized companies with the means to grow.
Our long term goal is to build a revenue stream sufficient to sustain operations and pay dividends as an energy trust.
The following are examples of other companies who have listed in Canada and have created shareholder value through a portfolio of high quality, long life power generating assets:
